Accounting Services:

Reconcile your business Checking, Loans, Credit Cards, Savings, and other balance sheet accounts.

The benefit is that you will save from paying the higher CPA fees.  You will only have to pay a CPA for what they do best and your accountant for what I do best; that is to keep your accounting updated and accurate.

Payroll Services:

Set-up your QuickBooks or other accounting software to run your payroll for your small business. 

Prepare your payroll liability amounts for California and Federal agencies. 

Prepare your required quarterly and annual payroll reports to California and Federal agencies.

Notary Services:

Available Sunday thru Friday.

 - Available by a simple appointment.

 - Same day appointments are usually available.

Serving all San Gabriel Valley from Pomona to La Puente, Hacienda Heights, Whittier, El Monte, etc...  Also serving Northern Los Angeles foothill communities, Duarte, Pasadena, Glendale to Burbank.

Fees: Basic $10/each notary fee + Travel time.
